Simon spent a decade as a Chief Information Officer for large corporations and government agencies before founding Arben Consulting in 2014. As Arben Consulting's principal consultant, he works closely with clients to assess and rectify their business concerns with strategic IT systems and clear advice.
Arben operate an associate model where we have close ties to seasoned IT professionals to augment our work. This covers Strategy, Project Management, Business Analysis, Change Management, Architecture and Security. We also work with Developers and can help you build software environments.
Simon's philosophy comes from his engineering background and his insatiable desire for "fixing things". He has a talent for diagnosing a business rapidly and identifying areas for improvement, and is known for his ability to explain all of this in plain language, usually with diagrams, so it's easy to understand and implement. For Simon it's all about the Why - why does your business exist and how can we get you back on track to your Why.
